Immerse yourself in nature and rediscover a sense of calm through this collaboration between Singing Pines Forest Bathing and Viking EcoTours. Enjoy the rejuvenating effects of a guided nature walk, followed by a serene sunset kayak tour—designed to refresh your mind, body, and spirit.

Guided by Lady Eve, a certified nature therapy guide, you’ll start the day with forest bathing—a mindful and sensory experience in the heart of the forest. Unlike a typical hike, forest bathing encourages you to slow down, breathe deeply, and fully engage with the sights, sounds, and textures of your surroundings. This peaceful practice helps you feel grounded and at peace. The session concludes with a relaxing tea tasting of locally harvested Yaupon Holly, providing a moment to reflect and unwind.

Afterward, join Viking EcoTours for a peaceful kayak journey through the Canaveral National Seashore. Using Hobie pedal kayaks, you’ll effortlessly glide through one of Florida’s most pristine environments. Along the way, you may encounter dolphins, manatees, and sea turtles in their natural habitat. With expert guides following Leave No Trace practices, this hands-free experience allows you to fully connect with the beautiful surroundings.
